one little tid bit nobody mentions is that gt40p heads will improve your emissions (if your gonna stay legal) you just must have the holes drilled for the egr if your gonna use the stock mustang setup, about 100$ at a shop

they are deffinately gt40 ..what would be the difference 40 and 40p..? is there a HP difference from the iron and aluminums or is it just the weight
If you can do a little port work yourself, the GT40's are the better head and have larger exh valves. Grind down the thermactor bumps and they will flow better than the P's.

Out of the box, no modifications, the P's will outflow the GT40's up to .500 lift.
