My next car will be a mustang, and I'm thinking that going with a previously owned car will be easier for me financially... I found this car while browsing the net. What do you think ?

its nice but u have to ask your self this . do u want to mod the car . that is more of a colocters car that u dont want to f**k with . plus thats decent amount of $$. u can easly find a notch or what ever that is in good shape too for prob around half that . that has not collector value and u can build the hell outta it .

So you think that this car is hard to mod? Or just not recommended b/c it's a collectors? If I got it, I honestly would care less about it being a collectors and would most likely want to try a few mods on it.

well want I see of the pic it's a nice car. man but that alot for a mustang...then put about 2-3k more into it... It may be a lil harder in canada to find a nice low cost 'stang but be patient you'll find one and all the while can save up more $$$$ or I can sell you mine for 7500.00

(edit) Just noticed that you're up in CA as well...
Already got some suspension stuff done.
But it's got snow tires on it, which means it was driven in the winter up there, and who knows if they salt in Alberta. Might want to check for rust.
And you other yanks, the price isn't nearly as bad when you consider the exchange rate.

They DO salt and put gravel on the roads (pisses me off) ... I live in Alberta. Judging from the picture, it looks like it was in good condition, but I of course would go and have a personal look at it if I consider to persue.

If you want a car that you can modify into a monster, i'm sure you can find one for half that price, dump 5k into it and have a stang that looks great and has the drivetrain to back it up. You might have to drive to find one but I see stangs all the time for around 5,000 that are in pretty good shape. They might be abused, but if your gonna seriously modify it then you'll change the stock stuff anyway.
