You're wasting a lot of money on things that are unnecessary. Do you NEED a new oil pan/water pump/timing chain cover? If you do then go for it, if not then it's a waste of money. At this point you do NOT need a new balancer, distributor, or oil pump. For the price of the GT40X's there are a lot better heads to be bought. I'd go with AFR 165's, TF intake, and a custom grind cam. 1.7's are good, but if you already have them the pedestal mount style you probably have won't work on AFR's or Trick Flows (stud mount). Or, you can go with a Trick Flow top end kit and be looking at 300ish rwhp with supporting mods. I'd go with one of those options personally.
