Default Starter Relay
I replaced my starter twice in my 88. This is my third, after I replaced it and replaced a wire that was fried. My car nowwill not turn over/start. The battery operated equipment also will not work (lights, radio, windows and so on) can anyone help? A diagram would be helpful.

Thewire that went from the starter to the solenoide melted.

your pulling to many amps sure the starters not bad? is the wire the correct gauge?

i made a new one with 4ga wire when i did my mini starter swap....works fine...but the the amprage problem fixed first
