Default TRW L2249N piston info?

My freind is getting his motor together for a new season and he put on the heads without checking PTV clearance. The pistons are the old TRW L2249N and the cam lift is 611/625

Will he be allright with PTV clearance

Someone gotta know something about these oldpistons
