fuel pump relays?

ok where exactly are the fuel pump relays? i am thinking one of them is bad because my fuel pump is not getting any power what so ever. the fuses are good and everything. i think one is under the drivers seat. is it inside under the drivers seat or under the car under the drivers seat? sorry for the stupid questions but i am new to this stuff. thanks guys!

it is right underneath the drivers seat inside the car.
