Default Rust water for coolant

Overheating... Steam... Water that is so filled with what I assume is rust that it doesn’t even look like water anymore. Ok so rambling dramatic story over.

My car was making a hissing kind of gurgling sound I popped off the radiator cap and this red orange water came out. So I assume the car has been run without antifreeze and just water so what do I do now do I need to get a new radiator can I flush out the cooling system? Is my car destroyed?

Abit of info I wasn’t racing around I was only driving for about 15 minutes to get to my friends house it’s a stock 90 lx vert.

I had two water pump bolts break whenI canged the pump. A friend of mine who is a mechanic told me they have corrosion problems. He said somthing about the engine ground not being the best, not sure if thats correct though.
