Default Electrical Gremlins on 95 GT

Wondering ifsomeone can help me out...

I have an electrical problem on a 95 Mustang GT.
The following items do not work:
1. Dash light (when headlight **** is pulled)
2. Rear Runing lights (Brake lights are fine....just no running lights)
3. Clock on Dash

What I have done:
1. Checked fuses, replaced fuses (even though they were not ruptured)
2. Replaced both tail light bulbs
3. Replaced clock
4. Replaced dash lights
5. Used electrical component cleaner

What I have not done (because I don't know **** about electrical.)
1. Continuity check (how is it done all the way to tail light?)
2. Replace fuse box in engine bay (FORD wants a few hundredclams for it, anyone know where I can get one cheap if it comes to that?)

So I am wondering....anyone else have this problem....it there a way to test the fuse box?????

Hopefully someone can shed some light...

Thanks in advance

Well, I think you have a short somewhere. When you bought the car was there any extra gauges put in or did you install any kind of electic gauges. There's probally a wire thats rubbing and wore off the plastic and that causes the short.....I never had this problem...I would take it to a garage and have them figure it out ....Good luck! This could be a real headache for you..............
