theres no celcheck engine light. just the amp light when i turn the key on.and whats the wot relay do? do i need it if i have no ac?

Your PCM is not powering up if the CEL does not come on. This explains your lack of fuel pump operation as well. The 20A fuse link that is near your starter solenoid is where it gets its power. Bottom line, you got to get that computer powered up.

ok i got the pump to turn on the guy put the connectors on the wrong side of the solenoid but im still not getting fuel up to the fuel lines i can hear the pump running. any help on this one???
