ignition switch and head unit which wire?

ignition switch and head unit which wire?
ok my head unit has a wiring diagram on it and the blue white wire needs to go to the ignition switch which wire would that be on the switch? the kid that owned the car before me afro engineered the original head unit in and i want to make it right

Head unit? Like a new deck? If that is correct, just run the wire to the fuse panel and plug into a switched fuse. Dont wire it directly into the switch wire itself. There should be a red or oranage wire that will need to be hot all the time. Get yourself a test light and find a fuse that is hot all time and connect it the same way.

ok cool since my fuel pump turns on with the key acc and on ill plug it in there and then just run live to the electic fan live wire that way i can keep the bundles of wires out of my engine compartment
