Default Woooohooooooo Finally Fixed My Spark Problem

As some may remember, I had a problem with spark cutting out once the car reached operating temperature or if I just turned the car off it would not restart that I posted about in this thread. I replaced computer, multiple coils, multiple TFI's, stator and checked all grounds and wiring harnesses to make sure I had no bad wires. Even after all of this the car still had the spark cutting out, so it would crank all day long but never start for at least 45 minutes to an hour after being shut off, or from physically stalling out on its own.

Fast forward toa couple days ago..after 3 months of sitting in the garage, fully dyno tuned and just waiting to be fixed so I can start driving the damn thing, I decide to just try a whole new distributor from abuddy who has some extras laying around. Toss it in and the car has been running great since. No loss of spark to cause a stall and will restart all day long. I am so happy I can finally cruise the thing for more than 5 minutes and dont have to worry about any problems again!!!

Mods are in sig, made 305hp and 340 tq to the wheels...not bad for an $1800 combo I got hooked up with from a friend in need of cash, huh

And lastly, a couple pics of the beast

3 of my fav. letters

Ill say, I guess I was just unlucky and got a bad stator from the parts store. Now its time to install the rest of the window/pillar and door sill moldings that I got from 50resto. They look great!
