remove the heater assembly, and door supports, and power locks and window motors are heavy too

actually the t-top cars should have extra metal behind the t-tops to stiffen the roof in case of rollover, so even without the t-tops they may be heavier[&:]

and yeah carbed is lighter cause the upper intakes arent exactly light as a feather - plus all the sensors and wires you could get rid of.

you cant remove inner wheel tubs, its against rules in basically any type of racing

but you can run no alternator, and for guys with a sunroof rivet on sheet aluminum, also theres a company that has race batteries around 9 pounds now
