timing 5.0 lx 91

does any one know what range of degrees i could play with my timing.

and what it should be set to, pls let me know soon im taking off soon for a trip.

I believe that I read somewhere that 16-18 degrees was the most advance that you should do. 14-16 is where I heard most like it.

I have my timing advanced to 14 degrees. I believe stock was around 10 degrees.
