How light can you make these cars?

u can make them really light if u are willing 2 get rid of alot of stuff

what weight reduction have you done?

all of the rear interior is out
back seats gone
sparetire gone
a/c delete
heater is gone plus all the vent tubing under the dash
door panels are off
heater blower gone
heater core gone


i do have a batery relocation kit with the alluminum box in the back tho
fiber glass cowl hood
i have 16" pony wheels
stock gt spoiler
i have new carpet
i have all my ground effects on also
do have subframe connectors
at the moment im just running a x pipe thats it no mufflers wil have mufflers on soon hopefully
im probly gonna stick my door pannels on 2 and my rear interior except my rear seats. I wanna buy the rear seat delete kit

You really don't need to buy the kit, just some tools, plywood and carpet and you will be good. It would probably be cheaper too.

adder what all have you done to urs to put it on a diet?

i wonder what mine would have weighed since i had the k-member kit no rear seat no ac no smog no front sway bar no spare tire no jack

I weighed mine exactly how you see it in my sig. removed parts include...


a/c removed
smog crap removed
o/r X pipe
rear seat delete
spare tire and jack removed


other than that it was all still there. power seats, power windows... etc still in tact.
