That is not as bad as I thought, I thought it would be around 1500 dollars. I guess if they are faurly quick and knew what to do it would not take to long. Thanks for all the info 89 Fox.

Starting at the front, start at the rear most control arm bolt mount hole on the drivers side. From there measure to the outside bolt mount on the passenger side lower rear control arm. Do Then do the same on the other side from passenger front to drivers rear. Im not positive but i think at the rear you want the center of the bolt hole, but with arms installed just measure to the center of the bolt. both sides must be equal. If they arent try loosening the k-member and tapping it with a hammer to get them even.
Of course its easier for a shop to do it. Some use a computerized rack. Some do it by hand.

Before that last pic, heres what she looked like.
Total frame work was around $1000, thats including the rad support and an inner fender apron.
Didnt need much of an alignment and she still tracks straight.
