for my first upgrade i was thinking of getting a C A I, the installations seems easy to me, but i am confused on whihc one to getfor best power?BTW its a 1990 GT V8 5.0 automatic tran, so if u got any good links to stores that sell them , and fordecent price that would be great,my otherquestion, doesnt the CAI go into the throttle body, so should i get a 70 throttle body?and that looks like a simple install right?

I'd get the fenderwellkit if you're thinking about going with a CAI, but that's just my $.02.
Don't expect a big hp gain when you go to a CAI , but 1/2 hp here and a 1/2 hp there eventually add to a few extra hp.
The install is a simple as it gets so I wouldn't worry about that.

dont expect 1461872 hp with a simple CAI, 2-3hp at the most
