Default 85/90 GT questions

Ok I have an '85 T-top GT I wanna restore. Its silver with a gray interior. The body is in good shape. Just a dent in the drivers door and quarter panel. It has the '83 GT hood with hood scoop. The only rust is in the rear hatch back. There is nomotor or trans, but it came with a used 351w short block and cast iron GT-40 heads still new inthe box. It was a 5 speed car. I happened across a deal too good to pass up on a '90 GT. The '90 is black with black interior. Now the questions. Will the '90 rear end and drive shaft bolt up with no modifications? If I decide to change over to the black interior, will the '90 dash, console, and doors fit with no modifications? The '85 is a four lug and the '90 is a five lug. Is there a real big diffrence in the strenght of the 4 vs 5 lug? What, if any, of the '90s front end parts should I change over for better performance and driveablility? I was looking at the Ford Motorsports GT-40 crate motor at Summit racing for $3400. Would it be better to build up the 351w or just go with the crate motor? I havent decided which front end I like better yet, but wouldthe '90 nose and hood fit the '85?Any suggestions on what I should change over would be greatly appreciated. And this will probally be my daily driver.
