Default bare bones street car

since im swappin the 460 into my 91 hatch.... can i basically get rid of everything in my engine bay that has to do with the stock motor. I dont care if i dont have anything functioning like a stock car. I dont want power steering, ac, heat, windshield wipers or efi whatsoever. All i want is to keep my stock dash and gauges. Also can i do away with the computer and everything? Basically i want just a carbed 460, electric fan, aluminum rad, and barely anything else other than the coil and overflow bottle for the rad and msd box. I want to see barely any wires.

i want it to be just as clean as this with very minimal wires.

no computer or wiring needed, unless headlights are staying.

yea you could actually do a better job than that pic if you really wanted, not that the one in the pic is bad. just run the alt wires under the motor, keep the plug wire nice neat and tight, have the coil mounted on the front of the engine or on the intake if you'd like, run the wires for the head lights and the e-fan between the inner and outer fenders and you'll be set

yeah what they said......

just a tip if your running short on change, instead of a manual rack, you can leave all the fluid in the power rack, and just run the "out" line to the "in" line

my buddy did it, and was just like a manual rack for free.

ya i was thinkin of also runnin the wires you see on the drivers side that run from the firewall up the fender a new way. Like in the fenderwell and just have them come through holes in the sides of the engine bay where ever they need to go instead of seein the whole group of wires... and thanks for the steering rack tip ill def use that.
