i broke cap oftop caliber bolt so when i put it back in do i need to replace it or what do i need to do

I wouldn't worry about the plastic cap for now....but do replace it eventually because it's there to keep moisture out so the pins don't sieze up not allowing the caliper to properly slide

im learning more about this brake job from hell as i go an to bolt not suppost to come out an im guessing i will have to take it to a ford dealer to get new one pressed in

i think you need to eat more wheaties.

get a bigger ratchet on there, or put a small piece of pipe over the ratchet. it shouldn't be that tight, and even if its stripped, it will still come out.

i highly doubt its that seized, unless you park the car in 2 feet of water.

Replace the boot, they keep lube so the pins will slide so the brakes will work properly. I just rebuilt mine and you dont want to have to do that again.

see if you can go to autozone and take a look at a front brake parts repair kit, it may have the rubber boots that you need.
