Just curious if I can run my Headman L/Ts with some GT40 heads? Will GT40s be worth the hassle over stock heads? Am I gonna get any noticeable gains over stockers or am I just wasting time goin with the GT40s? IT'll be a long time before I can get some real heads, so I'm thinkin about em.

96-97 explorer correct?

Will my valve springs and rocker arms and all that swap over? What all do I need to change?

well the main question I wanna know is about the hedman longtubes, the rest I'll figure out with the search. I just can't find specifically about my headers.

don't underestimate the gt40 iron heads

ported 40's + 125 shot = 11's on 4.10's and stock everything

don't go boxstock, port the exhaust and minor port the intakes, smooth out the thermactor bump. spend like $200 and you will see huge gains over stock , def worth the coin
