Hey guys, my buddy just messed his trans up in his 91, atleast that's what I think it is. You can put it drive and it moves a little then just stops and revs. If I'm right and this is a trans problem would it be cheaper to rebuild it or buy a new one. I'm pretty car knowledgable but I don't know ifI can rebuild an Auto trans for him. If not where's the cheapest place to buy and aod.

just order a reman one..it'll be quicker.....check fluid level first before condemming tranny

try your local auto parts store.....jasper sells them also try google it.....lots of places out there

I rebuit mine using the tci overhaul kit and it's like $200 and bought the rebuild manual that summit sells and it's a great book with good pictures and good walk throughs.
