Rear View mirror paint color?

Rear View mirror paint color?

I've noticed that some 87-93Mustang outside rear view mirrors are painted gloss black and others are more like a flat charcoal gray. Does anyone know how they came from the factory?

im not positive but if its grey its probably fading there usually like a semi gloss black

I've seen 87-93charcoal gray rear view mirrors in books so doubt there like that cause there faded.

Mine are painted body color (epic fail on the account of the P/O) i think they look pretty sweet
