RE: misfire
well, start with the basics, can't overlook anything, double check all the connectors for the injectors and every sensor are in tight and in the right spots, if you took off plug wires, and or the distributor or cap, check all that and make sure that's all correct, -plug wire order- make sure vacuum lines are all on and not broken, pretty much go over everything u took off, and don't skip basic things, you would be soo surprised what u might have accidently mixed up, and black smoke and fuel, prolly running rich, check the plugs and see what those look like, if black and smell like fuel, obviously rich, i would check fuel pressure reg. adj, if needed or replace, and double check timing, replace the plugs and tune it off that, just keep driving it for 10 miles. let it cool down, pull some plugs and make adjustments accordingly. hope this helps ya a lil bit.

RE: misfire
got the firing order in the right sequence starting at number 1 going counter clockwise 13726548...also make sure all injector plugs snapped back in place and if you removed injectors make sure all injectors got seated properly and no o-rings fubared up
