I'd like to see further research to back that up. I assume what he means is a volume amount of a liquid fuel and the samevolume amount of the gas, which would be considerably more. That is even if it's true at all. A buddy of mine interpreted that quite literally and said it was water vs. gas. Unfortunately, I informed him, that not only does water weigh more than gasoline, gas floats on water. It is less dense. I think this whole thing is just a scam put out to make this conversion seem real easy. If this was as simple as it looks, then some millionaire would have contracted an independent company to convert cars and sell them at an outrageous profit.

i could have sworn i saw them try to do this on mythbusters... well on a stock engine. And they used hydrogen out of a tank and it didn't work.
but i didn't read the article so i don't know what you have to modify... lol
