Default fuel

if i change my fuel press regulator to an adjustable one and ran lower pressure would that help me any.and is there a way to check my injectors to see if they are bad or not.

Help you with what???? Is the system stock????? If so, there is no reason to lower (or raise) your fuel pressure....

i have read that by lowering the fuel pressure from 35 to 30 the car burns it better and has more power.

no it will lean out and you will lose power. if anything raise it to about 40-41

if you are looking for better gas milage park the stang and drive a more fuel efficient car..I drive a 81 jetta diesel 45 +mpg
