a panel filter will work just fine, not any noticeable gain from going to a cold air

its all about the look when it comes to this question .. hp comparisons are very close though some may argue your getting colder air through the plastic stock set up rather than a metal based aftermarket set up .. so if ya just want it to look cool id go with the cai ...

Go with the Filter and save some $$$unless you want to dress it up with a CAI

the nice thing about a CAI is that it will free up room in the engine bay. PLus it looks really cool.

The stock airbox IS a cold air intake...
Just make sure the silencer on the outer side of the fenderwell has been removed, and run the panel filter...

Unless, you want the look.....

Ditto, Just get the panel filter and remove the silencer in the fender. Use the extra money for a larger MAF.
