Default Fuel pressure readings

I installed a fuel pressure guage on my 93 today. At idle I got 30 psi and KOEO I got 35 psi. My Ford manual for the caar list the spec range as 30-45 for idle and 35-40 for KOEO. Even though thats in spec I just wonder if it too low. What strange though is the car runs a little rich. Do I have a bad pump or regulator or is it ok?

No issues. Just making sure its running properly. My brother says he thinks its down on power (im not sure ben a while since I got to drive it). Just checking a few things to hopefully keep from blowing the motor. So far Ive checked compression (it was good) then fuel pressure. Also all of my plugs have a white dust on them.

Nothing's broke. I just want ot make sure the car is unning at its full potential without having it dyno tuned. (basically a through tune up).

What is often overlooked in a tuneup are 02 sensors. If you have Ford in there, more than likely they are the original ones and need to be replaced, with something like BOSCH.

Then do your normal plugs(gap them), wires, cap, rotor button, fuel filter and set timing to about 14* btdc.

O2s were replaced about 2 years ago with some new Bosch ones. Plugs are gapped at about .050". Wires, cap, rotor were replaced before I got the car so they have at least 3 years on them. Fuel filter I did about 3 years ago and timing is set at 13*. Back in September I took the cap off and it had a little carbon buildup on there that I cleaned off. Other than that I aint touched the ignition system much. Fuel system is stock as far as I know.
