Default RE: Cheapest way to 250rwhp?...help

ORIGINAL: 92projectcoupe

Need some help to find the cheapest way to get to 250rwhp, as cheap as possible...Im trying to keep the price around $500 bucks...any ideas??thanks. (my mods are in my sig)
put some gt-40 heads...an rpm air gap intake make sure you have decent headers and gears and throw maybe a cam with the tfs stage 1 specs or an f-cam and you should be there
I have a friend with a 68 cougar with edelbrock rpm heads 1.90/1.60 , f-cam, 650 carb, long tubes and rpm air gap intake and roller rockers and in the heat of summer it dynoed at 268 rwhp
