Default 1987 Gt Drivability issue.

hey guys, I've had this problem with my car for a while now. Here is what it does... When I first start it up and drive it while its warming up, it seems to drive smoothly and have good power. But after it warms up, the car will sputter when accelerating anywhere above about 2 grand. The thing is, it doesnt do it all the time and sometimes it isworse than others. It also idles a bit rough. You can also feel a little sputtering while cruising at lower rpms too.

So far, I have replaced plugs, wires, tfi coil and fuel filter.

Thanks alot, all feedback is welcome.
