BBK 5008 Intake Manifold
Has anyone had any experiences with the BBK 5008 intake manifold?

I am doing an engine swap and at the last minute I decided to go EFI instead of Carbed. I had an Edelbrock Performer with a 650 cfm ready to go on, but decided the benifits of EFI outweighed the carb. Anyways I have a 95 302 block bored and stroked to a 347 with ported and milled heads which have all new springs and valves. Comp cam (Not sure of lift, etc but can look it up) Rollar block. Engine is balanced and I have a cast crank with forged rods and hyperutetic pistons. Engine was ported and polished, but since i am not using the carbed intake that doesnt really matter to much.
I also have a full BBK exhaust on the car, BBK shorty headers and offroad x-pipe with stage 3 flowmasters.
The engine is going in a 92 Mustang LX Hatchback. The only mods done to the car are a shift kit in the trans and tokico springs/shocks. I am going to change the rear end to 373 gears when the engine is done. Plan on doing the swap in about 2-3 weeks.
I am also considering the BBK SSI intake manifold since it comes with a throttle body also, but the reviews on this forum haven't been too positive about it. I am mostly going to be using the car as a weekend warrior with the occasional strip here and there. This will not be my daily driver so i want it a little bit more performance oriented. I also plan on running a minimum or 93 octan.
What types of other manifolds should i consider. It looks like I am going to be spending around 900 on what ever i get since most manifolds do not come with injectors or throttle bodies.

RE: BBK 5008 Intake Manifold
What about the Trick Flow R-series intake manifolds pros or cons to running that. I have about $800 to spend on an intake manifold and throttle body and I want to do it right the first time so im not worrying about anything later. I also plan on changing the injectors so I have about 300ish set aside for that. What would be the best bang for the buck on the manifolds. I am expecting around 400hp and 400tq on the current build and this is going to be a weekend warrior with the very occasional strip.
