RE: I think my Clutch Cable broke
Okie doke. I'll probly hit up the parts department of my local Ford dealership. If someone could tell me about the quality of the stock replacementFord/Motorcraft ones? Also, I had just recently done the littlemethodof adjustmentfor stock setups were upull up on the pedal. Could that have anything to do with it breaking or was it just likely showin it's 22yr old age?

I put in a OEM replacement when mine went and its holding up well. From what I've read in some forums many guys swear by them so they must be half decent. The self adjustment method you described could have put a little added tension on the cable however if the cable was sound to start with there wouldn't have been any problem so it would have broken sooner or later anyways. After 22 years of corrosion a stress any steel cable will let go eventually.

RE: I think my Clutch Cable broke
I ordered mine up through a buddy of mine the works behind the parts counter of the local Ford dealer, As for price, sorry man but your guess is as good as mine being as it was over 6 years ago and sometimes I can't remember what I was doing this time last week(lol). Seriously though, heard a couple horror stories about the aftermarketcables so OEM is probably the best way to go.
