I just reinstalled my new trans today and I did put 1 ground strap back on to one of the bell housing bolts, are there any more I have missed. I did have the battery disconnected for the last month as well.

Do you guys think I missed some connection, a vacuum hose or has it sat for too long.

i would try vacum first.

is the idle rough?? or won't idle?? if it won't idle you may have to drive it a while and let the adaptive strategy of the ecm relearn drivability

Yep it won't idle well at all, it surges so bad it kills the motor, like a huge cam would do at a stop light.

maybe a vacuum hose came off

like everyone is telling you make sure you didn't pull a vaccum line off or break one

Thas what I was thinking, I ran out of daylight last night, so I will look into that today. thanks for the help everyone.
