Default MAP vacuum line

hey guys,
I have been looking for a problem which is causing my car to run like crap. I believe that the problem has been found. The vacuum line coming from the map sensor gets sucked flat, and is in need of replacing. I was just wondering where it goes to from the sensor? thanks in advance.

It goes under the upper intake plenum, I tried for a while replacing mine with it in place and had zero luck, but the upper intake plenum is easy to remove and reinstall...... even easier with a second pair of hands.
