clutch, clutch cable, Qaudrant?

clutch, clutch cable, Qaudrant?
my clutch is impossbile to push in and it gets annoying, also after warm it has a binding/scraping feeling, would i need a new qaudrant,cable, or whole new clutch to make it easy to push in?

Get under the car and see if anything is binding. Push on the fork and see how hard it is from there. If that doesn't seem easier then pull it all apart and see what is up.
