Default Carb fuel system question

I converted my 95 over to carb but I'm not sure what to do with the fuel tank, vented or sealed?

Yes I am. So far I plugged the return line and evap lines at the tank which pretty well makes it a sealed system, can I keep it this way or do I need a fuel tank vent/rollover vavle?
