match the injector with the MAF and with your application.


A chip with a custom tune will always be helpfull to the ecm, despite its adaptability.

unless it's a california model it's SD = no maf or also if you converted it to maf then thats gonna change response hereanyway if it's sd you'll be limited to stock injectors without a tuner to alter it

exactly ... is it sd or been converted to maf.?

and your gonna need some big injectors for a 408 and a turbo, my buddy has 42 lbs inj's on his n/a 408 and makes about 440rwhp and he is closing in on their limit.

Sorry guys...I wanted to know how large you can go without needing "low impedance" injectors. It's a CA car, so it's Mass Air. Do they make 50-60lb injectors that would work.

I want to run a 408, 210cc heads, roller cam, 9.0:1 comp., and single turbo (boost and mm are TBD)

I plan on using a Gen 4 PMS for tuning

im pretty sure there are injectors out there that near 100#'s if not more that aren't low impedance that require an injector driver. now who sells em are a different story[>:]
