Default Block casting numbers

I might go pick up a new block tonight, I need to double check to make sure its a good one. The guy said its from a 92 5.0, and the intake manifold says that its an HO engine. I need to know what casting numbers I should look for on the block to make sure its worth it. It has the stock E7 heads with it, so doesnt that mean its a HO? Leaving as soon as someone gives me info. Thanks

EDIT - went and bought the block anyway, came with EVERYTHING, including the stock dizzy and engine mounts, everything has been recently hot tanked and I can still see the honing marks in the cylinders. Just wondering for myself - anyone know what block this is exactly? I cant find the casting numbers by the starter like my Parts Interchange book says, all I can really make out is this -

Like I said, it came with some E7s and most of the components look strangely familiar, just want to make sure someone didnt pull a fast one
