Default Power steering cap problem

When I get on my 89 GT I am blowing power steering fluid out from under my cap. What can I do from spraying my underhood with power steering fluid everytime I decide to get down on my car. I thought it was oil leaking out the breather but it's power steering fluid, any suggestions...

make sure that the resevoir isnt overfilled. that said i had that problem recently and fixed it by installing a 2 pass trans cooler in the return line to help keep the fluid cooler.
