If your car runs at that temp it will pretty much boil the antifreeze and you will lose some. My car did it to for awhile when my elec fan would kick off do to the breaker being to small during the 100+ degreee weather everyday.

Like Mjr said change the thermostat, make sure you coolant lever is toped off then maybe try some of Royal Purple's Purple Ice.

also when changing your t-stat put a 180* in there and yes flush the WHOLE SYSTEM while your at it
