have you replaced the t-stat????

If your car runs at that temp it will pretty much boil the antifreeze and you will lose some. My car did it to for awhile when my elec fan would kick off do to the breaker being to small during the 100+ degreee weather everyday.

 

yea its pretty hot here in wildomar is there anything i can do to fix that?

 

Like Mjr said change the thermostat, make sure you coolant lever is toped off then maybe try some of Royal Purple's Purple Ice.

 

alright so should i flush my radiator and start all over or just add some purple ice to it.

 

also when changing your t-stat put a 180* in there and yes flush the WHOLE SYSTEM while your at it

 

Be sure to burp your system when you are done too.

 

make sure you get good antifreeze too
