vortech msd ignition/boost control
on my car is the unit described in the title, it has the remote dial labeled "boost retard" with a 0-4 (if memory serves. im an idiot, i was just looking at it 10 minutes ago).
now, this is not the piece that came with the supercharger, but for our purposes, i think we can assume it is.
the supercharger is no longer on the car.
question is, does this thing do anything if there is no boost? is it just dead weight sitting there now?
