Default Control Arms. Need help!

I'm trying to install my rear control arms. I read a few threads and they stated to do one at a time. I'm trying that method and having no success. I installed the upper control arm with no issues. I'm trying to install the lower arm, but the axle appears to be cocked. It will not line up. I tried to put it on 4 jack stands and move it in, but no good. I also put the tire back on and tried to pull it forward while it was on th jack.. I know crazy! but the come along didn't work either. any ideas? I'm new at this.

I use 2 jacks. One to hold up the rearend and one to adjust the angle. That's how I got mine in.

put your jack under the pinion snout of the rear end... if your diff is hanging by the uppers, its going to twist a bit...
