i believe thats an anderson cam. iirc.
but i'm sure with a 331, most people on here, including myself, would recommend a custom cam.

its a decent cam, you can do better with a custom grind specificaly for your combo. anderson ford motorsports sells the cam. Heres the description

302-331 c.i.d. Best performer for 302 c.i.d. at 6200/6500 shift point. Great with TFS or Edelbrock heads 24 or 30lb injectors and 80mm mas air. Recommend 4.10 or 4.30 gears. Good drivability down to 2200 rpm, lumpy idle, rpm range 2500-6500, needs 2800 to 3100 converter. Must use AFM valve springs.

It would be fine to run with nitrous, the cam is just not specifically a nitrous cam.
B-451hr might be a better cam for ya

N2O or S/C 10-20lb 331-347 c.i.d. Best performer for 6600-6800 rpm. Great with TFS TW or R's, Edelbrock RPM or Victor heads. Minimum 50lb injectors and 80mm to 92mm mass air. Recommended 3.73 to 4.10 gears, good drivability down to 2200 rpm, mild idle, rpm range 2800-6800, needs 3000-3200 converter. Must use AFM valve springs.
