tuning question
#3
first you need to describe what type of drivibility issues you are having that lead you to believe it needs to be tuned....ie....part throttle hesitation, stumble on rev, rich or lean at idle...ect ect.....tuning the carb also requires reading the plugs and driving it to see how it feels and based on the lags or hesitations , and reading the plugs, you'll know what circuit of the carb to tune, to set the 4 corner idle screws a BG carb has you'll need a vaccum gauge too.

I got a good deal on the 850 plus I have a lot of port work to my victor jr intake and a new 5 angle valve job and port work to my heads too..do u think the 850 is still too big?..the prob I was having is that it feels like it has power but I think its running rich but I don't want too lean it out too much I want to find a good spot..I guess keep checking the plugs?..thanks guys
