Default still locking

I just replaced both calipers ,brake hoses and pads and my brakes are still locking up.
I had to redo one side because i heard some squeaking and it ended up being one of the pads that was loose and i ended up messing up a caliper somehow, but before the caliper messed up it wasnt locking up at all, now i got a replacement and its starting to lock again, can air in the system do this?? if not what can it be??

lift the car and see if the wheels spin freely have someone hit the brakes and then release them and see how quick they release, upon release of the pedal
