Default Got some new door pins and wanna put them in

I was looking at the pins that's already in and it looks like it's going to be difficult to remove them. I was wondering if I should just take off the fender? Do you guys think it's worth taking the fender off just to change the pins? If so, is it easy to take the fender off?

no need to do that bud...

get a buddy to help if not get a jack/jackstand for holding door at the right place.

get a few brass pins<i use them so i won't damage the bushing> or a few different sizes of punches the longer the better..

when you pop them out...clean the holes out really good wire brush works spray some wd-40 nutbuster or some lube then pop in new bushings lube some more then slide pins in throw the cotter pin in and your done..

best way is take the inner fender liner out and access is a piece of cake then, then you can install the pins easily, I use a jack and a block of wood to hold door level
