i would go with the centerforce dual friction clutch also i have had three of them in three different stangs and never had one problem i wouldent buy anything else

I honestly didn't think stock clutches were that bad, i'd say they're plenty good to handle a bolt on car. If you want something that has stock pedal feel and can hold a little extra the Centerforce Dual Friction is probably a good bet.

i'm not claiming to be a clutch expert but it seems like the harder your clutch grabs the MORE stress it's going to send to your transmission. If the clutch is allowed the slip under extreme pressure it would be saving your trans from the full abuse.

I have a cf df. Love it and will always recommend it. And not to degrade your car by no means, but if it's just a simple bolt on 5.0l and that's how you plan on leaving it; A *Luk* clutch from napa or any parts store will work just fine for you. Might cost ya 150-175$ and you'd be all set!
