What thermostat you guys running?
Hey, wondering what's the best thermostat to run with aluminium heads?
I have a 92 gt with Edelbrock performer RPM heads, E303 cam, Cobra upper and lower intake manifold and Griffin Aluminium Rad.
I heard some guys like to run a 180 but engine never reaches full operating temperature and runs rich
Any thoughts would be great

For what its worth, I had best results with a Ford motorcraft brand wise.

I never had a problem with the 160. But it seems to run a little better with the 180.
