Exclamation A/C DELETE

I was wondering if I can start removing the a/c hose and the accuator before my delete kit arrives? It 's going to get here next friday but I just wanted to start removing any hoses. Or do I have to wait for the kit to arrive?

So that means that i can start removing the hoses? the a/c does not work if it matters? I also had another question how far can i go with a four speed stick shift tranny from an 82 on my 87? Is there any modification to be done to my 87? Would it be better to just wait an go qith a 5 speedd? They want to trade my aod for the four speed thats why im wondering if its good?... thanks
