why dont i have fuel pressure above 4k

my 93 gt hauls butt till 4k. then the fuel pressure drops to 5lb,,.,it was doing this before and i replaced the fuel pump.and it worked for about 3 weeks. and now its doing it again.what can be doing this???

you may have a restriction in the system......have you replaced the fuel filter?? what about the regulator??
